What is Myofascial Release?
  • Is a hands on therapy that offers sustainable pain relief.
  • Reduces or eliminates myofascial restrictions the root cause of most chronic pain
  • Restoring flexibility and motion.
  • Results are immediate and cumulative.
What is fascia?
  • Fascia is the primary architectural element of the body. It is interwoven throughout the body, connecting all the parts of the body on a cellular level, supporting organs and connecting them to the musculoskeletal system
  • Restrictions in fascial tissue affect other parts of the body through tension within this interconnected system.
  • As fascia begins to release, blood and lymph flow more freely to the tissues in turn reducing inflammation, paving the way for healing.
How does it work to bring pain relief?
  • It relieves restriction of the fascial system
  • Fascia becomes restricted from many causes, such as injury, surgery, chronic holding, emotional and physical trauma, stress, repetitious activities, poor posture, improper workspace ergonomics.
